The Apprentice Bartender at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, delivers exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include setting tables, interacting with guests, and maintaining work areas according to the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. The role offers an opportunity to work within a globally recognized luxury hospitality environment, promoting inclusion and professional growth.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to enhance the guest experience
set tables
communicate with the kitchen
interact and serve guests
maintain a clean work area and supplies
create a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
uphold quality standards
ensure professional communications and appearance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull items under 25 lbs without assistance and 50 lbs with assistance
professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication skills
ability to work on uneven, slippery surfaces
ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop, and reach overhead and below the knees
