Job Description:

The Apps Sup Tech Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions
Identify and define necessary system enhancements
Analyze existing system logic and identify problems
Recommend and implement solutions
Provide expertise in applications support
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex application enhancements
Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine system impacts
Identify risks, vulnerabilities and security issues
Act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems
Influence strategic functional decisions through advice and counsel

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in application production support or development
Experience in electronic execution or algorithm trading
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and rapport building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in ITIL processes
Experience with Python, SQL, KDB, Unix/Linux
Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Solid understanding of various algorithm trading strategies (e.g., VWAP, TWAP)
Knowledge in algorithm analytics, live market data & referential data management
Knowledge in exchange rules/limits of the major APAC markets
Basic knowledge in dark pool and smart order routing
Basic knowledge and experience in FIX protocol
