The role involves providing technical and business support, maintaining production environments, performing incident and problem resolution, and championing stability initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments
Focus on stability, quality, and functionality in line with service level expectations
Provide technical and business support and quick resolution to application issues
Maintain production environments with highest levels of observability, resiliency, and recoverability
Perform controlled resolution of incidents and problems including prioritization and escalation
Champion stability initiatives to enable application high availability for Business-As-Usual
Follow Incident & Problem management procedures for delivering Production Management service
Handle incident, problems and change requests at global enterprise level
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Two years of experience in job offered or related IT occupation providing technical support in design and implementation of data solutions
Experience maintaining production environments with highest levels of observability, resiliency and recoverability
Experience troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and providing technical solutions utilizing UNIX, Linux, Kafka Messaging Queues, Oracle, SQL queries, Shell Scripting and Cloud-based platforms
Experience preparing complex reports for business users utilizing Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server databases, Mongo DB and SQL Developer
Experience performing controlled resolution of incidents and problems including prioritization and escalation
Experience driving stability initiatives for application high availability including monitoring, failover, and resiliency
Experience handling incidents, problems and change requests at global enterprise level
Experience handling major incident process end to end with problem reviews
Experience participating in application change review sessions
