Job Description:

The Apps Support Analyst 1 is a trainee professional role responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing applications and their operating environments. Requires good understanding of apps support procedures and concepts with basic knowledge of other technical areas.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain and enhance existing applications and their operating environments
Analyze existing system logic and recommend enhancements or fixes
Conduct fact finding and document requirements
Partner with appropriate development and production support areas
Assess applicability of previous experiences and evaluate options
Exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical manner
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

Basic level experience in an Apps Support role
Good knowledge of apps support procedures and concepts
Basic knowledge of other technical areas
Participation in process improvements
Previous experience in standardization of procedures and practices
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge in banking applications and server infrastructure
Basic knowledge of Operating Systems
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
