Job Description:

You'll be responsible for the global governance, optimization, and lifecycle management of Efficy’s internal application landscape. You will oversee the full application portfolio, ensure alignment with business strategy, manage licensing budgets, drive rationalization initiatives, and steer governance routines with business units across Europe.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain a comprehensive and up‑to‑date application inventory (metadata, dependencies, integrations)
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks, including approval workflows, RACI models, and lifecycle processes
  • Track and control licensing budgets and usage through KPIs, dashboards, and recurring governance routines
  • Prepare and animate Application Governance Committees involving all Business Units
  • Assist Business Units in identifying and evaluating solutions aligned with their needs and Efficy’s strategy (gap analysis, POCs, ROI, etc.)
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, and security teams during vendor selection and contracting
  • Manage implementation and migration projects, defining the governance model for day‑to‑day operations
  • Administer and enable the organization on applications within your scope, directly or through partners — including Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Odoo (Finance & Projects), and CX tools (Intercom, Pendo)
  • Maintain global documentation and coordinate advanced support on complex applications with partners
  • Conduct overlap analyses to identify redundancies and consolidation opportunities across the application portfolio
  • Lead rationalization studies with various business units
  • Develop migration and decommissioning (“sunset”) strategies for legacy applications
  • Ensure technical coherence and alignment with enterprise architecture standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, IT Governance, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and vendor management
  • Experience managing implementation or migration projects
  • Familiarity with business applications such as Atlassian tools, ERP/Finance systems, or CX platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, capable of balancing governance needs with business priorities
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
