Job Description:

The role involves conducting vulnerability assessments on various Citi applications by performing automated scans and manually identifying, researching, validating, and exploiting known and unknown security vulnerabilities. The candidate must have expertise in penetration testing, application security, ethical hacking tools, and strategic solutions for security controls.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct vulnerability assessments on various Citi applications
perform automated scans and manual identification of application security vulnerabilities
act as subject matter expert in offensive information security
drive remediation by outlining defense-in-depth approaches to stakeholders
provide strategic solutions to developers on effective security controls
report and articulate vulnerability assessment results
contribute to reviewing internal processes and assist with improvements and automation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
minimum of 5 years of experience
penetration testing expertise
application security knowledge
hands-on ethical hacking using security tools
knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CWE/SANS Top 25, Threat Modeling
understanding application architecture, design and functionalities
Industry-accredited security certifications such as GIAC GWAPT, GPEN, OSCP, CISSP
