Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager / PMO Manager to oversee a team of project managers, ensuring successful execution of technical electronics-based new product development projects. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, cost control, and adherence to timelines. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the project team, optimizing processes, and representing project management in customer interactions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and develop a team of project managers, including hiring, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career growth
  • Mentor and guide project managers in technical decision-making and project execution strategies
  • Establish and implement standardized processes, tools, and compliance measures to ensure regulatory adherence and efficient project delivery
  • Oversee the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in electronics, embedded systems, and software development processes

  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of project managers effectively
  • Engineering degree in electronics, systems integration, or manufacturing engineering is preferred
  • Certification in Agile Scrum or PMP is highly desirable
