Requirements

Extensive experience in Appian BPM application development
excellent knowledge of core Appian concepts, records, interfaces, process models, deployments using pipeline, integrations, Web API's
knowledge of Appian architecture and its best practices
7-10 years of relevant experience in Implementing IT solutions using BPM or integration technologies
at least 3 years of experience in Implementing BPM solutions using Appian 19.x or higher
Certification Mandatory- L1 and L2
experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment will be a plus
experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies with Enterprise level application development projects
proficient in writing SQL and have good understanding of database concepts

Job Responsibility

Participate in analysis, design, and new development of Appian based applications
provide technical leadership to Appian Teams and cross functional teams
provide solutions and processes in accordance with audit initiatives and requirements
consult with Business Information Security officers (BISOs) and TISOs
exhibit in-depth understanding of engineering concepts and principles
assist with training activities and mentor junior team members
build applications: interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations, etc.
perform Analysis, Designing process models, Records, Reports, SAIL, forms, gateways, smart services, integration services and web services
experience working with different Appian Object types, query rules, constant rules and expression rules
assess risks when business decisions are made
