Job Description:

Responsible for the technical development and maintenance of our Connected Planning ecosystem. Working under the guidance of the Solution Architect, you will translate business requirements into functional Anaplan modules, ensuring that our multi-brand portfolio has the data-driven insights needed for Merchandise, Supply Chain, and Financial planning. You will play a hands-on role in building complex logic, managing data integrations, and optimizing the end-user experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, build, and maintain Anaplan modules, lists, and dashboards following the DISCO methodology
  • Develop and optimize complex formulas to support retail planning functions such as Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) and Assortment Planning
  • Manage data flows and integrations between the Anaplan Data Hub and spoke models, ensuring data integrity and synchronization across brands
  • Participate in the full Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process, from development and testing to production deployment
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring high model performance and minimal latency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and automate manual data-gathering tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related analytical field
  • 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience building and maintaining models within the Anaplan platform
  • Certified Anaplan Model Builder (Level 1 & 2) is required
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and a deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling concepts
  • Experience with data integration tools or a solid understanding of how Anaplan connects with ERP and CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, specifically regarding data accuracy and model cleanliness
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
  • Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
