Job Description:

Assist in managing room inventory, rates, and restrictions to maximize revenue; prepare competitive analysis and reports; support the implementation of sales strategies in reservation systems; maintain system automation and update forecasting tools; train new associates as needed; comply with company quality and service standards.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize revenue
maintain accuracy of information in reservation systems
prepare competitive analysis and supporting documents for sales meetings
manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions
communicate rate restrictions and strategies to properties
generate and update property and market revenue reports
assist with system maintenance including inputting rate hurdles and monitoring demand
train new associates as necessary
implement hotel sales strategies
comply with company policies and quality assurance standards

Requirements:

High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year related work experience
no supervisory experience required

Nice to have:

experience with reservation systems
knowledge of forecasting tools
familiarity with competitive analysis
