Master or Advanced degrees in medicine, biological sciences or equivalent academic qualifications in medical professional degrees
Candidates with Ph.D. degree are preferred
3+ years of experience in financial services, investment research, covering Biotech / Pharma sector

Job Responsibility

Research Coverage: Monitor a coverage universe of Chinese public and private companies in biotech, pharma, medtech and services
Industry Analysis: Track key market and business drivers, including material news flows, earnings releases, investor presentations, clinical trials, medical conferences, product launches within your coverage companies and therapeutic indications
Report Creation: Collect and organize clinical trial information and results, analyze the mechanisms of action (MOA) of drug candidates, investigate clinical paradigms for disease treatment in China, and prepare reports
Content Development: Create and moderate teleconferences featuring experts from Guidepoint’s network summarized in high-quality, detailed transcripts
Content Editing: Ensure high-quality content creation and editing of teleconference transcripts. Summarize, edit, and vet key discussion points of these teleconferences
Reporting: Collaborate with the Director of Research to drive the growth of Guidepoint’s content library, scaling research coverage across multiple industries
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to align research initiatives with business objectives and market demands
Compliance & Integrity: Uphold Guidepoint’s compliance policies by ensuring that expert profiles and teleconference content adhere to company protocols

Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
Minimum of five years’ experience working with contracts, negotiations, or legal department

Job Responsibility

Collaborate with the Key Account Sales team to establish contractual relationships with key retail and distributor customers while upholding critical business initiatives and considering holistic business impact. This includes RFP, RFI, RFQ, bids, and contract requests on both our templates and our customers’
Analyze contract terms and conditions to determine compliance and assess business risk
Provide analysis and recommendations when acquiring and documenting appropriate stakeholder approvals
Serve as point of contact for Coloplast internal clients on contract negotiation and other contractual matters, including status of contracts in process and tracking of contracts in DocuSign CLM
Build relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Regulatory, and Global Operations to facilitate understanding, proactively influence timely decision-making, and streamline execution of contractual terms & conditions
Assist with the negotiation of customer contracts on business terms and conditions when requested by the sales team
Ensure corporate requirements are met while implementing contracts: notifications, documentation, price file uploads, record management, systems-related updates, and other follow up items as needed
Evaluate and challenge standard contract processes to make or support solutions, and proactively solicit stakeholder input
Educate internal business partners on Coloplast contract strategy, as well as request and review process
Translate detailed contract language into concise, clear communications in order to help distributor customers and other external customers better understand contract related terms including pricing
