We are looking for an experienced Airtable Management Support Specialist to oversee and enhance Airtable systems for a diverse range of operational needs. This role involves ensuring data integrity, streamlining workflows, and providing user support to optimize team efficiency. As a long-term contract position, this opportunity is ideal for a proactive individual with strong attention to detail who is eager to contribute to high-impact projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct routine reviews of Airtable data to ensure accuracy and consistency across various tables and bases
  • Resolve discrepancies in data and implement improvements to streamline processes
  • Design and optimize Airtable structures, including fields, views, interfaces, and automations, to enhance usability
  • Facilitate integrations between Airtable and other platforms, such as Zapier or Make.com, to improve workflow efficiency
  • Document processes related to Airtable systems and ensure the team has access to updated resources
  • Develop and test new automations to reduce repetitive tasks and improve productivity
  • Provide first-level support for users encountering issues with Airtable and assist with troubleshooting
  • Create training materials and deliver guidance to new or existing users to enhance their proficiency
  • Manage user permissions and security settings within Airtable to ensure compliance and data safety
  • Generate customized views and filters to support reporting needs and assist with data extraction for presentations

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in designing and managing Airtable bases, including advanced use of formulas such as rollups and conditional logic
  • Experience creating scalable, relational databases within Airtable to meet organizational needs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy
