Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Airport Reps. As the friendly TUI face at the airport, you will welcome and assist guests, ensuring smooth operations for arrivals, departures, and transfers. Handle challenges proactively while representing TUI’s values and creating unforgettable experiences for guests.

Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcome and build connections with guests at the airport
Handle changes and challenges in the airport environment
Answer all guest questions from arrival to departure
Ensure smooth airport operations for arrivals, departures, and transfers
Deliver see-off speeches on transfer buses
Monitor guest service updates and feedback
Celebrate successes in meeting targets and solving problems
Represent TUI's values and culture with professionalism
Enhance the guest experience at the airport

Requirements:

The right to work in Dominican Republic
Fully conversational in English
Additional European languages are helpful
Friendly and empathetic personality
Dedicated to guest satisfaction
Quick learner with adaptability to technology
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and diverse environment
Flexible schedule including daytime and occasional night shifts
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Proactively resolve issues creatively

Nice to have:

Additional European languages
Experience with technology and tools for the role
Knowledge of TUI products and services
