Job Description:

TUI is seeking friendly and empathetic individuals to join as Airport Reps in Cancun, Mexico. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests at the airport, handling arrivals and departures, and ensuring smooth airport operations. Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcome guests at the airport and build strong connections
handle changes and challenges in the busy airport environment
answer all guests’ questions
ensure smooth and efficient airport operations by handling arrivals, departures, and transfers
deliver see-off speeches on buses
monitor service updates and guest feedback
celebrate successes in meeting targets, solving problems, and providing great service
proudly represent company values and culture

Requirements:

Right to work in Mexico
fully conversational in English
friendly and empathetic individual who naturally connects with people
dedicated to making guests happy and creating unforgettable experiences
quick learner ready to master technology and tools
enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love working with a diverse team
flexible with rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
able to turn challenges into opportunities and remain calm under pressure
proactively identify and resolve issues creatively
additional languages would be helpful

Salary starting at $224,700 MXN gross/year
