Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Airport Reps. As the friendly TUI face at the airport, you warmly welcome them and build strong connections with each one. Making sure you create special moments for our guests from the moment they arrive.

Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcome guests and build strong connections
Handle changes and challenges in the airport environment
Ensure smooth and efficient airport operations
Deliver see-off speeches on the buses
Monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback
Represent company’s values and culture

Requirements:

Right to work in Mexico
Speak English and German
Friendly and empathetic
Dedicated to making guests happy
Quick learner
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with schedule
Fully conversational in English
