Aircraft Mechanic

• Carry out maintenance, modifications, and repairs to aircraft structures, mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems
• Work in accordance with approved technical documentation and company procedures
• Maintain and promote a just culture of responsibility, accountability, and uphold company values
• Conduct maintenance and repairs in compliance with regulations, engineering procedures, and approved technical documentation
• Identify, store, and process parts removed from aircraft according to company processes and procedures
• Ensure accurate documentation and sign-off of completed work at the end of each shift

• Aeronautics degree or equivalent qualification
• Adaptable with working hours to align with TUI Group Winter Maintenance Planning
• Knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulation and understanding of SMS requirements
• Understanding of Human Factors within the aircraft maintenance environment
• Effective communication skills, preferably with fluency in Dutch or French
• Proficient with computer systems and company operating engineering systems
