Job Description:

This internship is a part of a 10-week full-time summer internship program opportunity. This role will be based at Archer’s headquarters in San Jose, California and relocation or housing will not be provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Aircraft Integration team across systems engineering, integrated ground and flight testing, and flight sciences from a program management perspective
  • Provides hands-on exposure to cross-functional aircraft development, schedule management, technical program milestone execution, and technical data organization in a fast-paced engineering environment

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Aerospace, Systems, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • comfortable interfacing with multiple engineering and program teams
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation, tracking, and presentations
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize technical information into clear status, risks, and action items
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic development environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice to have:

Coursework or project exposure to systems engineering, testing, aircraft, or program management preferred
