If you’ve got a background Service, maintenance and fault finding as well as planned maintenance on critical and commercial systems then you could be exactly what they’re looking for. You will be primarily responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, and breakdown response work at customer sites on a range of sites including the Railway, Data centre, and Signal centres. This is a field-based role covering the London region, where you’ll report to the Service Manager and will be specifically tasked with diagnosing and repairing faults on a wide variety of plants including AC split systems/multi-systems, AHU, LTHW and chilled water systems. In addition, you’ll be tasked with carrying out routine maintenance. The standard working hours for this role are 40 hours per week.
Job Responsibility:
Carrying out servicing, repairs, and breakdown response work at customer sites

Background in fault diagnosis and rectification on critical and comfort cooling systems
Background in planned maintenance on critical and comfort cooling systems
City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas qualification
Ability to take part in emergency call out rota
Ability to work on a variety of commercial sites across London and home counties
