Job Description:

Your mission as an AI Team Lead is to drive the strategic development and implementation of AI solutions that align with business objectives and create real impact. You’ll lead a high-performing team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and champion innovation and automation across the organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing AI Engineering team, fostering collaboration, aligning technical efforts with business goals, and supporting team development and well-being
  • Translate business needs into AI-driven opportunities by partnering closely with Product Management and ensuring strategic alignment across all initiatives
  • Drive execution of cross-functional AI programs, managing stakeholder expectations, clarifying ownership, and championing structured planning and communication
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities, leveraging industry trends and past experience to deliver scalable, forward-thinking solutions
  • Own and evolve AI team processes and ways of working, ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate with clarity and influence across technical and non-technical teams, representing AI capabilities in leadership discussions and contributing to company-wide innovation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in Machine Learning
  • 3+ years experience leading technical teams
  • often take the initiative and seek ownership of your work
  • proactive problem solver, always seeking innovative solutions and continuously improving processes
  • hands-on experience working with LLM's, ideally with strong experience using OpenAI models
  • experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Python, along with hands-on exposure to AWS services
  • familiarity with Langfuse is a strong plus
  • thrive in a collaborative environment, valuing team input and ensuring alignment with project goals
  • innovation driver- your finger is on the pulse of the latest in AI
