AI Team Lead

• Develop and execute the AI strategy aligned with company goals and product roadmap
• Develop POC, present AI project progress, results, and insights to senior management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and designers to identify and prioritize AI-driven features and improvements
• Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from ideation to production deployment
• Drive the adoption of best practices in AI development, including model evaluation, testing, and monitoring
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and evaluate their potential applications to our products
• Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables for AI initiatives
• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position
• Strong technical background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science
• Expertise in Python and popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools
• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects in a production environment
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Experience in natural language processing, computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus
