Job Description:

Design central AI Platforms, drive key technical decisions, and establish clear governance and security standards across TUI's IT landscape. Part of Customer AI & Rapid Prototyping department driving company-wide AI adoption.

Job Responsibility:

Lead technology and organisational transformation initiatives
Translate business opportunities into innovative AI solutions
Champion architectural standards and practices
Drive continuous improvement in agile environments
Ensure technical implementations align with enterprise architecture
Shape architecture with deep understanding of business context
Support teams in adopting AI platforms
Actively contribute to global tech communities

Requirements:

Recognised thought leader in AI
Experienced architect and servant leader with passion for AI platform architecture
Proven in designing and optimising architecture blueprints
Skilled at translating business vision into technical strategies
Agile-minded with architectural practices in agile workflows
Technical leadership with strategic vision
Strong communicator adept at managing senior stakeholders
Proficient in cloud tech, microservices, CI/CD, DevSecOps
Customer-focused with passion for crafting high-quality digital products
Understanding of social, legal, and ethical impact of AI technologies
