Join us as an AI Risk Analyst and play a critical role in strengthening our enterprise AI governance and operating model. In this role, you will support the development, implementation, and oversight of AI policies, standards, and controls across Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases. You will partner with risk, legal, compliance, and technology teams to assess AI risks and ensure regulatory alignment. This position provides exposure to advanced AI technologies within a highly regulated financial services environment. Job Responsibility:
Maintain and support the adoption of AIML Policies and Standards across the organisation
Develop and enhance the AIML operating model programme
Creation and maintenance of the AIML system inventory
Co-ordination of comprehensive AI risk assessments and implementation of effective mitigation strategies
Support governance of AIML Risks including attendance at forums and working group
End-to-end support for Generative AI proof-of-concepts, from initial use case intake and review to final approval
Monitoring of AI systems to ensure operation within effective guardrails and controls, collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance
Develop and conduct training programmes to educate employees globally on governance and ethical use of AI
Continuously enhance the bank's AI governance framework through engagement in AI technology and governance advances
Requirements:
Experience in a financial, technical, or related field
Experience in enterprise-level AI/ML model governance and oversight
Exposure to Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and NLP concepts
Ability to design, implement, and maintain AI governance frameworks and policies
Nice to have:
Experience conducting AI risk assessments, conformance testing, and control effectiveness reviews
Knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST)
Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills in complex environments
Ability to produce clear, high-quality documentation and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
