Play a key role in shaping and optimizing the integration of visual content operations and AI technology. Lead a team of specialists in delivering high-quality AI-generated visual content, ensuring consistent excellence across outputs. Drive continuous improvement by re-engineering processes and identifying new opportunities for increasing efficiency and quality.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations
Manage and mentor a team of specialists
Initiate continuous improvement in operational processes and policies
Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Design and implement performance improvement plans
Act as a point of contact for escalated issues
Communicate with Senior Operations Manager/s and Head of Operations
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
Use data to define problems and design solutions
Monitor and produce regular performance reports
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence
Requirements:
4-5 years of progressive experience in operations
At least 2 years in a people management or project management role
Experience in effectively leading a team
Experience overseeing projects or programs from planning to execution
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in driving and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel would be an advantage
