Based on the business analysis and input gathered by the AI lead, you provide the right AI solutions to the business. This role is perfect for a technology-driven individual who enjoys solving practical problems and collaborating across multiple departments, including HR, legal, finance, quality, and software development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and implementing quick and effective AI-based proof of concepts
  • Leveraging Azure AI and Azure Foundry platforms to build robust, scalable AI applications
  • Enhancing and extending Copilot capabilities with custom agents to address specific organizational requirements
  • Collaborating directly with diverse teams to understand their challenges and opportunities, so you can provide them with tailored AI solutions
  • Staying updated on advancements in AI technologies, particularly in cloud-based platforms and agent-based solutions
  • Communicating clearly about technical solutions and results to various stakeholders within the organization (in collaboration with the AI Lead)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, particularly with a focus on AI and cloud solutions
  • Demonstrable experience with Azure AI and Azure Foundry
  • A solid understanding of how to customize and extend AI models and services, including Copilot
  • Strong coding proficiency in languages such as Python and JavaScript, and familiarity with relevant frameworks
  • English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and agile development practices
  • Previous experience creating solutions that span multiple organizational domains such as HR, legal, finance, quality, software development
  • An interest in continuous learning and an adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies
