We’re looking for an AI Engineer with a strong focus on Agentic AI and Generative AI to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work on advanced projects involving multi-agent orchestration, fine-tuning foundation models, building robust RAG systems, and ensuring safe and scalable deployment of AI-powered features. This is a hybrid position based in Cluj-Napoca, offering the flexibility of remote work combined with the energy of in-person collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI applications powered by LLMs in production environments
  • Build and iterate on single-agent and multi-agent architectures with planning, routing, tool use, and task delegation
  • Implement and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems across various data domains
  • Fine-tune foundational models for domain-specific tasks and integrate them into real-world workflows
  • Establish evaluation pipelines to monitor and improve model outputs using structured testing frameworks
  • Develop and manage prompt engineering workflows, including version control, safety layers, and response guardrails
  • Build and optimize OCR and data extraction flows for unstructured and semi-structured inputs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product teams, and designers to deploy and monitor AI-driven features

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience building agentic applications using large language models
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with foundational models in production environments
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, optimization techniques, and version control systems
  • Practical experience with LangChain or LangGraph (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, FAISS) in production
  • Proven ability to fine-tune LLMs for specific domains and integrate them into scalable workflows
  • Background in OCR or data extraction workflows using PDFs, images, or unstructured documents
  • Experience designing and enforcing prompt safety and guard mechanisms in deployed systems
  • Programming: Python (required)
  • LLM Tooling: LangChain or LangGraph (required)
  • Foundation Model Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, HuggingFace
  • Vector Search Systems: Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, FAISS, or similar tools

  • Fine-Tuning: Model adaptation pipelines, training and validation for downstream tasks
  • Evaluation: Structured testing, regression analysis, benchmark comparison
  • Prompt Safety: Guardrails, moderation filters, hallucination prevention workflows
  • OCR / Data Extraction: Practical implementation using PDFs, image parsers, custom pipelines
  • Curiosity-driven with a passion for building real-world AI applications
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on performance, safety, and usability
  • Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional Agile teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
