This role sits at the heart of Efficy’s transformation. You will help teams turn AI opportunities into practical solutions, support people to work smarter, and ensure we adopt AI in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way. You will act as a bridge between what AI can do and what the business needs — helping teams rethink their processes, simplify work, and introduce new ways of working powered by AI. This role is part strategist, part coach, and part implementation lead.
Job Responsibility:
Identify opportunities where AI can simplify work, reduce manual effort, or improve quality
Lead the design and rollout of practical AI solutions in collaboration with teams across Efficy
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, security, data, department leaders) for smooth and responsible implementation
Ensure solutions are reliable, safe, and sustainable
Develop internal AI framework — guidelines, ways of working, and support materials
Train, coach, and support employees to use AI confidently and responsibly
Build resources and communities to strengthen AI literacy across the company
Work closely with leaders to translate business needs into realistic AI opportunities
Simplify innovation by reducing barriers and supporting experimentation
Advise on emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices while ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards
Promote a culture of curiosity and responsible experimentation with AI
Support change management to help teams adapt workflows and embrace new ways of working
Share successes and lessons learned to inspire and build momentum
Track impact of AI initiatives — time saved, quality improvements, customer experience gains
Set up KPIs and dashboards to show progress and business value
Communicate outcomes clearly to leadership
Requirements:
Proven experience leading digital, technology, or business transformation initiatives
Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Background in enablement, training, HR, or process optimisation is a plus
Skilled in change management and supporting adoption of new ways of working
Solid understanding of data privacy, security, and governance principles
Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to translate complex topics into simple, actionable insights
Comfortable with modern AI concepts, including AI assistants, automation, and digital workflows (no coding required)
Ability to collaborate with technical experts and understand their recommendations
Interest in learning how AI solutions are built and deployed (training provided)
