Initiate and govern Agile squads aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective planning of activities, timelines, and deliverables. Must be French B2 level certified, strong in verbal/written French. Manage Agile Squad including French Customer resources and will have constant and regular interactions in French inside the team. Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication and facilitate Agile practices while coaching teams on Scrum frameworks and best practices. Track delivery using key metrics like Velocity and Burndown, remove obstacles, and support DevOps adoption. Apply governance to manage risks, resources, and budgets, while also handling people management responsibilities such as career discussions and feedback.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience
Engineer
Must be French B2 level certified
Strong in verbal/written French
Experience in initiating and governing Agile squads
Experience in managing stakeholders and Agile practices
Experience in coaching teams on Scrum frameworks
Experience in tracking delivery using metrics like Velocity and Burndown
Experience in removing obstacles and supporting DevOps adoption
Experience in applying project governance and managing risks, resources, and budgets
Experience in people management responsibilities such as career discussions and feedback
