Job Description:

Initiate and govern Agile squads aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective planning of activities, timelines, and deliverables. Must be French B2 level certified, strong in verbal/written French. Manage Agile Squad including French Customer resources and will have constant and regular interactions in French inside the team. Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication and facilitate Agile practices while coaching teams on Scrum frameworks and best practices. Track delivery using key metrics like Velocity and Burndown, remove obstacles, and support DevOps adoption. Apply governance to manage risks, resources, and budgets, while also handling people management responsibilities such as career discussions and feedback.

Job Responsibility:

Initiate and govern Agile squad aligned with business goals
Plan and organize project activities, timelines, and deliverables
Manage stakeholders through effective communication and engagement
Facilitate Agile practices and guide teams in living Agile values and principles
Coach team members on Scrum frameworks, ceremonies, and best practices
Plan and track delivery using metrics like Velocity, Burndown, and Cumulative Flow
Remove obstacles and shield the team from external disruptions
Support DevOps adoption by enabling Agile-aligned project setups
Apply project governance and manage risks, resources, and budgets as needed

Requirements:

8+ years of experience
Engineer
Must be French B2 level certified
Strong in verbal/written French
Experience in initiating and governing Agile squads
Experience in managing stakeholders and Agile practices
Experience in coaching teams on Scrum frameworks
Experience in tracking delivery using metrics like Velocity and Burndown
Experience in removing obstacles and supporting DevOps adoption
Experience in applying project governance and managing risks, resources, and budgets
Experience in people management responsibilities such as career discussions and feedback
