Agile Scrum Master

• Remove impediments and ensure smooth progress of the sprint
• Facilitate collaboration across teams, Business Analyst, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
• Monitor sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity) and drive continuous improvement

• Strong knowledge of AGILE ceremonies (Refinement, Estimations, Daily scrum, Retrospective, Demonstration)
• Solid knowledge of Project Management methodologies – Iterative / Agile / Kanban
• Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth progress of the sprint
• Facilitate collaboration across teams, Business Analyst, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
• Strong understanding and knowledge of software estimation
• Experience of working with European clients
• Monitor sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity) and drive continuous improvement
• Proficiency in JIRA is must
• Strong eye for detail and keen focus on results, with a flexible can-do approach
• Practicing Servant Leadership
• Strong understanding of CI/CD process followed and awareness to tools
• B.Tech/MCA
• 9 to 12 years experience
