Job Description:

We're looking for a seasoned Agile Coach who has hands-on experience working with technical teams. The Agile Coach (Technical) will work closely with Business and Technical Platform Tribes to implement Agile practices that drive business outcomes, identify areas for improvement, train Tribe team members, and tribe stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Provide coaching services to multiple IT Tribes Agile frameworks, emphasizing technical aspects of agility
leverage technical background to help teams understand how Agile principles can be applied in a way that aligns with their specific needs and challenges
collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for way of working improvement within the organization's software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
design and deliver training sessions on Agile principles, practices, and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) to teams, managers, and other stakeholders
work with leadership to develop strategies for change management, ensuring that the organization's culture adapts to agile methodologies
embed in teams key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress against them, and provide regular reports on team velocity, cycle time, lead time, and other relevant metrics
build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including product owners, development teams, QA engineers, designers.

Requirements:

Masters's degree in Computer Science or related field
minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach
minimum 10 years in a Computer Science (technical expertise)
proven track record of successful coaching engagements with technical teams
strong understanding of software and infrastructure development methodologies, including Agile frameworks
experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
familiarity with agile and version control systems tools (e.g., Jira, Gitlab)
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and levels within the organization
strong facilitation and training abilities.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
familiarity with data analytics tools for metrics tracking and reporting.
