• Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to various incidents
• handle incidents such as accidents, theft, physical hazards, and fire alarms
• assist with complaints such as noise complaints, intoxicated individuals, and civil disturbances
• maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
• ensure workplace safety and security
• document incidents accurately and completely
• cooperate with law enforcement if necessary.

• assist and notify manager/supervisor, local police, or other appropriate individuals in the event of incidents
• complete incident reports
• handle business interruptions and complaints
• escort unwelcome persons from the property
• defuse guest or employee disturbances/altercations
• follow company policies and procedures
• maintain confidentiality
• anticipate and address guests’ service needs
• develop and maintain positive working relationships
• ensure adherence to quality standards
• meet physical requirements such as lifting, walking, and standing for long periods.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
