Job Description:

Guest Services Lead position at Four Points by Sheraton Taicang, responsible for coordinating check-in procedures, handling guest requests, processing payments, and assisting in employee coaching while maintaining high service standards in a welcoming hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Organize and coordinate group check-in/pre-registration procedures
Sell rooms to guests without reservations
Anticipate sold-out situations and obtain alternative accommodations
Perform duplicate reservation checks
Run daily reports/contingency lists
Provide directions and information to guests
Answer, record, and process all guest requests and concerns
Arrange transportation for guests/visitors
Issue safe deposit boxes
Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift
Process payments and provide change
Assist in motivating and coaching employees
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
Maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
