Job Description:

Join Renaissance Changzhou Wujin Hotel as an Agent-At Your Service, where you will assist guests with their requests, provide information, and ensure satisfaction, all while upholding the company's high standards of professionalism and teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

Answer, record, and process guest requests, questions, or concerns via various communication devices
operate telephone switchboard and process wake-up calls
receive, record, and relay messages accurately
log guest requests/issues into the computer
contact appropriate departments for resolution
provide information about room features, property amenities, and local attractions
assist with internet and entertainment access
adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
speak with others using clear and professional language
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
capacity to move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
maintain a professional appearance
adhere to company policies and confidentiality protocols
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
