Job Description:

As an Agent-At Your Service at Four Points by Sheraton Medan, you will handle guest requests and inquiries via various communication channels, operate the switchboard, assist with guestroom amenities, and provide excellent support to ensure guest satisfaction. This position emphasizes professionalism, clear communication, and teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via various communication methods
operate the telephone switchboard and connect calls to appropriate extensions
provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest
assist guests with accessing internet and guestroom entertainment
log guest requests or issues into a computer system
follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
must follow company policies and procedures
must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
strong communication skills
ability to read and visually verify information.
