Job Description:

The Fiduciary Onboarding Analyst is a developing professional role in charge of processing client instructions for fiduciary client accounts opening, maintenance and closure. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for providing support to the Agency & Trust business
Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes
Provide full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products
May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent analytical skills
Reporting knowledge
Basic / Intermediate English
Previous client onboarding experience
2-5 years relevant experience
