We are now seeking a driven and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead and develop our aftersales function, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, departmental performance, and profitability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Service and Parts teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs
  • Ensure efficient workshop loading, productivity, and labour sales performance
  • Maintain effective cost control and parts stock management
  • Implement and monitor effective processes to maximise profitability
  • Ensure full compliance with manufacturer requirements, policies, and industry regulations
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and in line with company standards
  • Work collaboratively with the senior management team to support overall business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager or senior Service Management role within the motor industry
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering an outstanding experience
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding of workshop efficiency, parts operations, and aftersales KPIs
  • IT literate with experience using dealer management systems
