The Skin Laundry Aesthetician is responsible for providing innovative laser treatments and exemplary customer care. Our ideal candidate will be able to speak to their selling and consulting skillset, while having a proven track rate in a sales and/or KPI-driven environment. Reliability, high attention to detail, and an outgoing and confident sales approach are amongst the qualities we seek.
Job Responsibility:
Creating Curated Client Experiences
Customize no-downtime laser facials treatments and skincare routines based on guest needs
Supporting Store Operations Success
Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures
Assists with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff members
Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits
Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes
Enhancing Skin Laundry Culture
Partner with clinic team to provide a people-oriented, enjoyable & comfortable workplace of belonging
Respect and support all team members individuality & provide an inclusive environment
Understand opportunities and support the team to meet personal & clinic goals
Requirements:
Current State Aesthetician License
1 year of experience as an Aesthetician
2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics and customer service preferred
Able to work weekends and 40+ hours per week
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team
Polished, natural, and professional demeanor
Outgoing personality yet calming presence
Intuitive to the customer’s needs
Attention to detail in following company medical standards and protocol
Must prioritize client safety and customer service
Ability to reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics
Requires repetitive movement and standing for long periods of time
Ability to walk short distances, lift and carry inventory, and move clinic equipment
Regularly required to reach, crouch, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull, and carry up to 25lbs
Ability to operate medical devices that provide laser, thermo, and cool sculpt services, as well as standard office equipment
Specific vision abilities required including close vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
Nice to have:
Experience using CRM databases (such as Zenoti)
2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics and customer service
