Job Description:

A fast-growing financial services firm is hiring an Advisor Success Manager to own and build the advisor activation and success function.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build a scalable process to activate newly contracted advisors who are not yet producing
  • Build a re-engagement framework for existing advisors underutilizing the model
  • Build a repeatable 'lock arms' approach to guiding advisors through a holistic planning and risk-mitigation process
  • Build the operational foundation (tools, workflows, communication rhythms) that supports long-term advisor productivity
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned advisors
  • Coach advisors toward clear production goals and accountability
  • Connect advisors with internal planning, case design, and SME resources
  • Track advisor engagement, activity, and progress
  • Partner with leadership to continuously improve processes as the firm scales

Requirements:

  • Someone energized by building, not just maintaining
  • A strong relationship manager with a coaching mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, lightly structured, remote environment
  • Experience with financial advisors, insurance, annuities, or wealth management preferred
