Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Advice Session Supervisor aspiring to a senior management role or a proficient Advice Services Manager (ASM) to join our senior management team in Three Rivers. This is a job share opportunity for 2 days a week (16 hours) working with an experienced ASM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of our advice delivery service and associated projects
  • Creating an atmosphere where people can thrive and work together to deliver a quality service that mirrors the twin aims of our national service

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience of advice delivery
  • Minimum of a years’ experience of advice supervision in a Citizens Advice setting
  • Experience of people management and supervision
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively, conduct research and analyse and interpret complex information to produce and present reports clearly
  • Demonstrable understanding of the issues involved in interviewing clients and an up-to-date understanding of equity, diversity and inclusion
  • Ability to monitor, maintain and report on service delivery against agreed targets
  • Ability to use numerical and IT skills to provide support and maintain operational and case management systems
