Job Description:

The ADOS position at The Westin Yichang involves resolving guest calls and requests, using sales techniques to maximize revenue, promoting brand awareness, processing reservations and Marriott Rewards points, and performing general office duties. The role also includes assisting in training employees, following company policies, and maintaining professional guest interactions.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote awareness of brand image
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Monitor the performance of others
Read and visually verify information
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
