You’ll own adoption from education → release → stabilization, turning complex transformations into smooth, real impact across the company.
Job Responsibility:
Design and orchestrate each release cycle end-to-end
Plan and deliver training sessions for stakeholders before release
Plan and coordinate stabilisation activities after release
Own and track the checklist of legacy-to-new process alignment
Manage the issue list: errors, inconsistencies, and process gaps identified during stabilization or performance reviews
Collaborate with 20+ stakeholders across functions and locations to make change stick and create measurable value
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a similar role (Transformational leader / Change manager / Organizational Development Manager / Release manager / Product management etc)
Advanced user of AI tools, Google sheets, Power BI, and other analytical tools
Upper-intermediate + level of English
Self-starter that demonstrates leadership with or without formal authority
Advanced analytical and logical skills
Ability to drill down to find root cause of issues
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
High degree of emotional intelligence
Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
