You’ll own adoption from education → release → stabilization, turning complex transformations into smooth, real impact across the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and orchestrate each release cycle end-to-end
  • Plan and deliver training sessions for stakeholders before release
  • Plan and coordinate stabilisation activities after release
  • Own and track the checklist of legacy-to-new process alignment
  • Manage the issue list: errors, inconsistencies, and process gaps identified during stabilization or performance reviews
  • Collaborate with 20+ stakeholders across functions and locations to make change stick and create measurable value

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Transformational leader / Change manager / Organizational Development Manager / Release manager / Product management etc)
  • Advanced user of AI tools, Google sheets, Power BI, and other analytical tools
  • Upper-intermediate + level of English
  • Self-starter that demonstrates leadership with or without formal authority
  • Advanced analytical and logical skills
  • Ability to drill down to find root cause of issues
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.

  • Ensure reconciliation performed meet the following: All exceptions (including aged items, reconciliation breaks and unsubstantiated balances) breaching reportable thresholds have been completely and accurately reported in eRecon
  • Supporting documentation has been maintained for the work performed and exceptions noted (including action required and ownership working with the Account Owner)

  • Obtain from Account owner and report the P&L at risk in eRecon including any operational reserves taken
