This is a varied and fast‑paced position where you'll play a key role in supporting the wider department with day‑to‑day administrative coordination. No two days will be the same, and you'll be surrounded by a supportive team who value collaboration and positivity.
Job Responsibility:
Managing and responding to internal and external queries
Running regular reports for management
Taking clear and concise notes during meetings
Updating and maintaining internal systems
Providing general administrative support across the department
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Confident working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, including Excel
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
A proactive attitude and a willingness to support wherever needed
