We're working in partnership with a well-established business in Hull to recruit a skilled Administrator to join their busy operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate scheduling with clients, shipping terminals, and agents
Assist with daily planning and operational reporting
Review and verify delivery and loading documentation
Maintain and update inventory and stock control systems
Process data from fuel monitoring platforms
Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure accurate records
Prepare and issue customer invoices
Organise and manage digital documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within logistics or operations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
