Job Description:

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic candidate to join our clients' busy team in a support role for a busy Engineering Department. This position would suit someone with a strong command of written English and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, looking for a career.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support with tender submissions, including compiling information, reviewing documentation, and assisting Associate Directors to ensure tenders are well-formatted and complete
Track and monitor tender bids, following up with Associate Directors as required
Assist with the preparation of fee proposals
Support the team with report writing, document formatting, and quality review
Help coordinate site visits and manage related invoicing tasks

Requirements:

Administrative/Project based skills
Degree or equivalent Qualification (any discipline considered, but English, Business, or Engineering-related degrees are advantageous)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with Intermediate knowledge in Excel (Formula, Pivot Tables etc)
Detail-oriented and well-organised
Willingness to learn and take initiative
