We're recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established global business in Team Valley, Gateshead. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in supporting the sales team, managing customer enquiries, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring smooth administrative processes across the commercial function.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the centralised inbox to ensure efficient response rates, handling email and telephone enquiries promptly
Support the department by answering inbound calls and addressing pricing and account queries
Create new accounts and update existing account details such as invoicing addresses and primary contacts, via internal system
Issue and gain approval for credit notes
Maintain accurate customer and account data, including regular updates, de-duplication, and data cleansing activities
Provide basic user support for CRM (Dynamics 365), including day-to-day queries, troubleshooting, and user training on best practices
Assist with CRM system configuration tasks such as updating fields, forms, views, and work-flows under guidance
Run and distribute routine reports and dashboards to support commercial and customer service activities
General administration support to a busy team
Requirements:
Experience in Administration is essential, be it general admin, sales admin or similar customer support/admin role
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM (preferred)
Excellent communication skills (Teams, phone, and email)
Strong IT skills: confident with Office 365 and CRM systems
Organised, self-motivated, and a quick learner with strong attention to detail
A collaborative team player who isn't afraid to take initiative
A positive attitude and desire to continuously improve processes
