Job Responsibility:
Management and organisation of shared inboxes
Data handling and entry including ensuring all enquiries are accurately processed
Process sales orders accurately by telephone and e-mail
Manage internal processes and customer forecasts as required
Schedule and book work to appropriate engineer
Ensure jobs are complete within timelines or escalating as appropriate
Monitor engineers travel, work activity and respond to issues accordingly
Follow through customer enquiries from initial point of contact to completion
Respond to and where possible resolve customer service issues or escalate problems
Support the sales team by providing customer requested information
Requirements:
Prior experience working in a fast paced and multi skilled customer service environment
Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office systems (Word and Excel)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to act proactively to deadlines and with limited direct supervision
Effective planning and organising abilities
Attention to detail
Adaptability and flexibility
Ability to work well in a team
