My client is looking for a highly organised Administrator to join their small, friendly team based in Wickford. This role requires someone with an excellent memory, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle incoming calls and correspondence
Manage orders and email enquiries
Organise files and documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Produce customer invoices on Ms Excel and send statements
Support team members with clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven administration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent typing skills and ability to perform data entry accurately
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
