Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate shipments based on product availability and customer requests, ensuring everything runs like clockwork!
Process and create all necessary documentation for shipments to their destinations
Accurately enter order details into the internal systems and databases, keeping everything organised and efficient
Work closely with the warehouse staff and various transport companies to guarantee timely shipments
Keep the customers in the loop with updates on the progress of their orders, making sure they feel valued and informed
Ensure the delivery of quality customer service

Requirements:

Experience in a logistics role, essential
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
