Job Responsibility:
Handling incoming sales and hire enquiries via phone and email, and identifying customer requirements
Preparing quotations and raising advice notes using internal systems
Arranging couriers and managing logistics
Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
Generating end-of-month hire invoices
Updating spreadsheets and inputting data accurately
Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience is essential
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Confident using computerised systems and Excel
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
