Job Responsibility:
Managing credit control processes, reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Maintaining and updating accurate records for suppliers and customers
Keeping mileage logs for company vehicles
Processing employee expense claims and payment tracking
Preparing and sending detailed quotes to customers and suppliers
Ordering spare parts in accordance with department requirements and stock levels
Processing goods inwards, updating inventory systems accurately, and ensuring stock levels are maintained
Organising and scheduling daily deliveries to customers and suppliers
Conducting monthly stock takes and inventory audits
Ordering office supplies and stationery
Assisting with arranging business travel and accommodation bookings as required
Monitoring shared email inbox, responding to enquiries
Supporting other administrative tasks or projects as required to ensure the smooth functioning of the office
Requirements:
Previous admin experience in a busy office environment
Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Friendly, professional communicator with a can-do attitude
