Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Administrator Apprentice to support our busy team at our Roche site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and begin a long-term career within a respected business in the commercial vehicle industry. Full training will be provided, and you will work towards a recognised Business Administration qualification.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Assisting with data entry and updating internal systems
  • Supporting customer service and service desk operations
  • Helping with ordering, invoicing, and document processing
  • Contributing to the smooth daily running of the depot

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
